COMMERCIAL USE

If you want to use the commission for online promotion, distribution or other commercial purposes, you will need to pay a license fee (based on the % of the original price):

Book cover prices start at 450$ and the final price will depend on the complexity (number of characters, background, etc.)

Request form

Send me an email to [email protected] and include the following:1. Type of commission (Bust, half- or fullbody...) and purpose (personal or commercial)2. Description with references: You can add references for expression, poses, a style idea, the outfit or a mood for the illustration (colours). Feel free to send as many references as you want aswell as a drawing of mine, if you want, where you like certain stylistic elements.3. Other info: Format (standard is A4 at 300 dpi), deadline if there is one, usage (in case it's a commercial commission, please specify that, as well as the type of license you need, etc.

Process

1. After discussing the details I’ll send you a paypal invoice and I will start working on your commission once I receive the full payment (commissions are payed 100% upfront, unless it's a bigger order, in that case half will be payed up front and the second half before I start coloring).2. While I'm working on your commission I will make a revision with you at 2 stages: sketch and base colors.
You are free to request changes to the sketch (such as tweaking the pose or other details). You get up to 2 rounds of changes at each of these stages included in the price and you also get one minor revision in the finished artwork.3. The time it takes to finish your commission can take from around 2 weeks to a month more or less, depending on the complexity.(If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know as soon as possible.)4. Once I complete the commission I will email you the full resolution PNG file.

Terms of Service

By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms:1. copyrighta. The Artist retains the copyright over the commissioned artwork. Therefore reserves the right to post it on social media and portfolio unless the Client asks to keep it private beforehand.b. The Client retains the right to their original character, world, etc. featured in the artwork, but not the artwork itself.c. The Client is responsible for obtaining licences from a third-party copyright holder of character(s)/scenes depicted in the artwork.2. usage policya. The Client is allowed the use of the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.Personal use means: display on social media accounts with no promotional purposes; print and framing in personal spaces.b. The Client is not allowed to make profit of the artwork unless agreed otherwise (reselling, redistributing, etc.)c. The Client must not claim the artwork as their own and must credit the Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the work.d. The Client is not allowed to edit or modify the work in any way without prior permission from the Artist or incorporate the artwork in another work of art.e. The Artist reserves the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless agreed otherwise (rights to use the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).f. The usage of the artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.g. Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the Artist’s websites or as agreed upon.Commercial rights means usage of the commissioned artwork for business purposes such as online promotion, distribution or monetization.3. paymenta. Currency accepted is either USD or euro and can be paid through PayPal or any Portuguese payment service such as MBway or bank transfer.b. Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval (for order over 300$).c. The Client may not send any payment before the Artist has agreed to give the Client a slot and requested to send the Artist the payment.d. The payment must be made within 10 business days, otherwise the commission will be cancelled by the Artist.e. Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.f. Once work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.4. refund/cancellation policya. The Client may cancel the commission at the sketch stage before approval. In case the commission was paid in full upfront, the client is allowed a partial refund of 50%.b. If for any reason the Artist is unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.c. If the Client cancels the order before the Artist starts it, you can get a full refund.d. If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.e. In case the Client has made a split payment and cancels the commission, the Artist will keep the first half of the payment, as well as the artwork, and will owe the Client nothing further.f. The Client is not allowed to use any of the work in progress (sketches, designs) personally or commercially if the commission is cancelled.g. The Artist reserves the right to use unapproved sketches/designs from the cancelled commission for future personal work.5. process and deliverya. The Client is allowed 2 rounds of changes at the two revision stages (sketch and base colors) and 1 minor revision in the finished artwork. Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.b. Revisions may affect progress and timeline.c. If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, the Artist will inform the Client.d. The finished Artwork will be provided to the Client through wetransfer, as a .PNG and .JPEG file and in the A4 format (unless agreed otherwise).e. The Artwork will contain the Artist's signature.f. The email with the files have an expiration date, but can be requested again.6. other termsa. The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission request without the need to explain the reason.b. The Client shall hold the Artist harmless against any and all claims, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, due to the content incorporated in the artwork at the request of the Client, for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested.c. By making a request the Client confirms being over 18 years old.d. The Artist agrees to make the artwork to the best of their ability.
